The memories . . . .

Just thought I would throw out a picture that I took the next morning after the dance party . . . oh sorry . . . I mean the wine club. Good friends, good wine, a great time - thanks everyone!

Oat n' Toffee Bars from Kristi

12 whole graham crackers
1 ½ cups rolled oats
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Flour
2/3 cup butter-melted
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1-12 oz. package of semisweet Choc. Chips

Preheat oven to 350. Line a 15x10x1 inch pan with foil, extending foil beyond edges of pan. Arrange whole graham crackers in a single layer in the prepared pan. In a large bowl, combine oats, sugars, and flour. Stir in melted butter, egg, and vanilla until well combined. Spoon over graham crackers and spread evenly to edges of pan to cover crackers. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until oat mixture bubbles and is slightly browned on top. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Return to oven for 1 minute. Spread melted chocolate over top to cover. Cool in pan on wire rack. Use foil to lift from pan. Remove foil and cut or break into bars.

These were a hit...not a single one left by the end of the night.

ROLLS
1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
1/4 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
1/2 cup finely shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup well-drained sauerkraut (optional)

DIPPING SAUCE
1/2 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
1 tbsp milk

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles. Press each to form 12 inch long rectangle; press perforation to seal. Layer half of corned beef on each dough rectangle, cutting to fit if necessary. Top with cheese and sauerkraut. Starting at the long side, roll up each tightly and seal the edges. Place seam side down on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes. Combine and mix dipping sauce ingredients.
